Are amenities secured and accessible by residents only?

Yes, the amenity areas at Leisure Living are monitored by surveillance cameras, and per our management policy, only residents are permitted to use the community amenities.

What are the hours of the clubhouse?

The clubhouse at Leisure Living is open every day from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

What are the hours for the fitness center?

Currently, the fitness center hours match the clubhouse hours of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. However, we are actively working on providing separate access to the fitness center to expand these hours for our Leisure Living residents.

Is the fitness center open 24 hours?

No, the fitness center is not open 24 hours right now; current hours are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We are looking to expand these hours soon once we implement a different access system.

What time is the pool open, and is it seasonal?

Unfortunately, we do not feature a swimming pool at the Leisure Living community.

Is the community gated?

Leisure Living is not a gated community; however, our homes are situated on private roads that are not open to general public traffic.

Do you have a business center? When is the business center available for use?

Yes, Leisure Living features a business center. It is available for use during standard clubhouse hours, which are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM every day.

When is the resident clubhouse open?

The resident clubhouse at Leisure Living is open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, every day.

Can I reserve the clubhouse for private use?

We do not reserve the clubhouse for private events, but Leisure Living residents are always welcome to use the space during normal operating hours.

What times can I access the clubhouse?

You can access the clubhouse at Leisure Living every day from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

What are the hours of the laundry facility?

We do not have a shared laundry facility; instead, we provide a washer and dryer inside every Leisure Living apartment home at no extra charge, which is fully maintained by our maintenance crew.

What other resident amenities does your community offer?

Leisure Living offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, a business center, free Wi-Fi in common areas, and an entertainment space in the clubhouse featuring comfortable seating, a TV, and a coffee bar. We also offer a convenient shuttle bus to take residents to scheduled appointments when arranged ahead of time.

Does community offer high-speed internet and co-working spaces for remote workers?

We provide basic cable through Spectrum as an included amenity in your rent. For high-speed Wi-Fi in your Leisure Living apartment, you may use any internet provider that services the area, though Spectrum is already wired to all our buildings for your convenience.

Are there shared workspaces or meeting rooms available?

While we do not have private meeting rooms for gatherings, Leisure Living does offer a comfortable seating area in the clubhouse that residents can use as a shared workspace.

Do common spaces have high-speed internet?

Yes, the clubhouse at Leisure Living offers guest internet for our residents to enjoy.

How do I get my packages/do you have package lockers?

Your packages will be delivered directly to your front door. Please note that the Leisure Living leasing office does not receive or hold packages for residents.

Where do deliveries go?

All deliveries go straight to your Leisure Living apartment, and are placed either in your mailbox or directly at your door for larger packages.

Do you offer outdoor grilling areas for residents?

At this time, Leisure Living does not have outdoor grilling areas.

Do you offer valet trash service and/or recycling?

We do not offer valet trash service. Residents of Leisure Living must take their trash to the designated disposal area located between the buildings behind the white picket fence.

Are concierge services available?

While we do not offer traditional concierge services, you can always contact the Leisure Living management office for more information about utilizing the clubhouse or with any other community questions.

What types of concierge or front desk services are offered?

The Leisure Living management office is conveniently located in the clubhouse area to assist you, and many routine tasks or requests can also be easily submitted through our online resident portal.

What kind of resident social events and community gatherings are hosted at the community?

We host community events at our sister property, The Retreat, for major holidays like Halloween. Additionally, we host other resident events throughout the year, which are announced in the monthly newsletter sent to all Leisure Living residents.

Do you have a convenience mini-mart or vending machines for residents?

We do not have vending machines on-site; however, Leisure Living is conveniently located near a gas station and a Dollar General up front by our sister property, Liv at Locust Creek.

Do you have outdoor green space like courtyard, walking paths, etc.?

Yes, Leisure Living features plenty of grassy areas throughout the property, depending on the specific location of your apartment home.

Do you have DIY space or studio space?

No, we do not offer dedicated DIY or studio spaces at Leisure Living.

Is there a dedicated dog park or pet wash station on-site?

No, Leisure Living does not currently have a dog park or a pet wash station on the property.

Does the community have a pool and if so what are the hours of operation?

No, Leisure Living does not feature a swimming pool.

What is the smoking policy?

At Leisure Living, smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. We require all smoking to take place at least 15 feet away from any building.

Is smoking allowed in apartments or common areas?

No, smoking is not allowed inside the apartments or indoor common areas. It is strictly limited to designated outdoor spaces at least 15 feet away from the buildings.

Are pets allowed, and what is the pet policy?

Yes, Leisure Living is pet-friendly! We welcome up to two pets per apartment, subject to aggressive breed restrictions. There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet, as well as a $30 monthly pet rent per pet.

What is the parking situation?

Most apartments at Leisure Living include one designated, covered carport space. If you have a second vehicle or guests visiting, they are welcome to park in any available uncovered parking space.

Is parking assigned or open?

Covered carports are assigned, with most apartments receiving one designated space. All uncovered parking spaces are open for additional vehicles or guests on a first-come, first-served basis.

Are garages or covered parking available?

Yes, Leisure Living offers floor plans that come with carports or garages. These are mainly featured with our two and three-bedroom homes, as well as select one-bedroom apartments.

What is your policy on guests staying overnight?

We welcome your guests to stay for a few days at your Leisure Living home; however, we ask that management be notified so we are aware of where they are staying and for how long.

Are there quiet hours or community rules I should know about?

Yes, Leisure Living observes quiet hours and community rules. We provide an entire lease addendum that details all of these rules to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.

What schools are in the area?

Leisure Living is located near several schools, including Cedar Hall Community School, Central High School, and New Tech Institute.

The Evansville Regional Airport is located within a 10 to 15-minute drive from Leisure Living. We do not have information regarding a nearby train station at this time.

What is the travel time to the closest airport or transit hub?

Travel time to the Evansville Regional Airport is approximately a 10 to 15-minute drive from the community.

Are you near any transportation routes? Which ones?

Yes, Leisure Living is located just 0.6 miles from a METS bus station. We also provide a shuttle bus that takes residents to scheduled appointments and monthly planned activities.

Yes, public transit is easily accessible, as we are located only 0.6 miles from a METS bus station. Additionally, Leisure Living provides a shuttle bus for residents' scheduled appointments and activities.

How walkable/bikeable is the community?

Leisure Living is a large, spacious property with internal sidewalks, making it highly walkable and bikeable without having to worry about heavy traffic.

What is the walk score or bike score?

Our community currently has a walk score of 33 and a bike score of 34.

Are there sidewalks, trails, or bike paths in the area?

We have safe sidewalks throughout the community. While there are no dedicated bike paths, our streets are wide enough for comfortable biking without interfering with traffic.

Are there grocery stores or shopping centers nearby?

Yes, there is a gas station, Dollar General, and Rural King nearby. Leisure Living is also close to First Avenue, which offers a great mix of restaurants, retail stores, and medical facilities.

What are the closest options for groceries and dining?

For groceries and dining, some of the largest nearby establishments include Walmart, Schnucks, and Target, all conveniently located just a short drive away on First Avenue.

Does the community have additonal storage outside of the apartment? If so, is there a monthly fee?

Yes, additional exterior storage is available upon request at Leisure Living for a fee of $30 per month.

Are the apartments furnished?

No, the apartment homes at Leisure Living are not furnished, leaving you a blank canvas to decorate.

Do you offer furnished or partially furnished apartments?

We do not offer furnished or partially furnished apartments at this time.

Have any recent renovations been done?

Yes, the Leisure Living clubhouse has been recently renovated! We also thoroughly turn our apartment homes before a new resident moves in, updating features like painting, flooring, and appliances as needed.

When were these apartments built?

The apartments at Leisure Living were built in 2001.

Are elevators available for resident use?

All of the homes at Leisure Living are conveniently located on the ground level, so elevators are not required.

Is additional storage available inside or outside the apartment?

Additional exterior storage is available upon request for $30 monthly. Furthermore, our two and three-bedroom homes include a small storage shed at no extra cost

Do apartments have ceiling fans?

Some floor plans at Leisure Living include ceiling fans, but they are not available in all apartments.

What type of flooring do the apartments have?

We offer homes with beautiful hardwood-style vinyl flooring, as well as carpet options.

Do apartments include in-home laundry or access to shared laundry?

We provide a washer and dryer inside every home at Leisure Living as a complimentary amenity.

Are the in-unit washers and dryers full-size, frontload, or stackable?

The included washers and dryers are full-size, top-loading machines positioned side-by-side.

What kind of appliances and features does the kitchen have?

Every apartment features a kitchen fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, an ice maker, a stove and oven, a garbage disposal, and a dishwasher. Some of our luxury layouts also feature a built-in microwave.
